New Version of Spencer Keen's Comparative Guide to the Equality Bill |

Spencer's updated version of his Comparative Guide to the Equality Bill is now on the site. To access it clink on the link to the Equality Bill on the left. The changes to the Equality Bill made in committee have been marked up. Deletions are scored through and additions are underlined.

The only major changes affecting the Guide that were made in committee are the addition of multiple discrimination in a new clause 14 and amendments to clauses 17 & 18 to ensure that a comparator is not required in pregnancy cases.
